Strengthening the core can be done in many ways and doesn't require lying down. There are plenty of standing and sitting exercises that can help build a strong and stable core. This class builds a strong core by working the muscles of the abdomen, hips, and legs.

Take Twenty Tuesday: Stretch Break

Take a few moments in your afternoon to slow down and stretch the upper & lower extremities by moving muscles through their full range of motion. This stretch break session will end with some slow static stretches to help with flexibility and increased mobility.
