Meet the instructor – Alexia Lewis, RD

Alexia Lewis believes life is better with science, humor, and delicious food. Her struggles with weight and surviving a heart attack led her to become a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (FL), Certified Health Coach, and Certified Culinary Nutritionist. She has worked with hundreds of patients and clients to improve their health through her roles in private practice, with a population health management company, as a university wellness dietitian. She knows firsthand how difficult it can be to change lifestyle and food choices.
