Sean is a United States Army Veteran with over 15 years of experience in human performance optimization and holistic wellness. He has had the privilege of being mentored by incredible leaders and the honor to lead both on the battlefield and professionally. Sean is currently the Director of Operations for Millennium Health and Fitness and prides himself on Leading WELL everyday for himself and his team.
Rah Kalon is an international speaker, trainer, and emotional health strategist with a master’s degree in clinical counseling. As a Toastmasters graduate and seasoned facilitator, Rah has spent over a decade writing and leading social-emotional curriculum and founded her own emotional health company in 2020. Her dynamic background includes roles requiring exceptional social skills, a commanding presence, and transformative communication.
Rah’s expertise spans emotional intelligence, mindfulness, resilience, and relationship management. She became a national trainer in 2016, presenting her research-based curriculum “Reintroduce Me to Myself” at the Girls Inc. National Conference in Atlanta, GA. Known for her warm, intuitive style and ability to connect deeply with audiences, Rah empowers both youth and adults to liberate themselves from limiting beliefs and twisted thinking through intentional experiences, workshops, and trainings.
Rah’s journey is enriched by her early focus on playwriting and acting at Booker T. Washington Arts Magnet High School, where she honed her love for storytelling—an art she now masterfully integrates into her facilitation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication from the University of North Texas and earned her master’s in clinical counseling from UNT Dallas in 2018. Her dedication to learning and sharing wisdom continues to inspire healing and transformation for all who work with her.

Shayla Jones serves as the Quality of Work Life Program Manager for DFAS. In her role, she oversees workplace wellness programming, telework/remote work policy, and serves as the administrator for the agency’s mental health counseling (Employee Assistance Program-EAP) services. She holds a BS in Sociology and an MS in Leadership. She is a certified professional in human resources (PHR) and a certified worksite wellness program manager (WWPM). She recently earned her certification in mental health first aid (MHFA).
Shayla has a passion for health and wellness promotion, and enjoys creating quality and engaging content for the DFAS workforce.
Alesia Clardy – Learning & Development Consultant
With over 20 years of experience in training delivery and instructional design, Alesia has specialized in creating impactful learning experiences for a wide range of industries. As a Consultant in Learning & Design, she has developed and delivered training programs for sectors such as behavioral health, finance, and technology. Known for applying adult learning principles, Alesia excels in both in-person and virtual instructor-led training (VILT).
At Bank of America, Alesia served as AVP, Process Design Consultant, where she led training for key initiatives like Salesforce integration and new hire onboarding for underwriters. She also designed and facilitated rapid curriculum development for policy updates and compliance training.
In previous roles at Intulogy and Magellan Health Services, Alesia delivered specialized training on customer service, HIPAA compliance, performance, learning and inventory management, ensuring participants could immediately apply new skills. Her ability to connect learners with complex content in an engaging and accessible way has consistently driven measurable results and engaged learners.
Certified in instructional design and eLearning development, Alesia continues to bring effective training delivery solutions that meet the evolving needs of organizations.
Beyond corporate training, Alesia has extensive experience in event logistics and management. She coordinates travel and logistics for major events like Gen Con and played a key role in managing celebrity guests at national conventions. Her current passion is learning how to bring all of her experience and passion into Virtual Worlds.
