Classic Cardio 3:00pm-3:45pm CT

Classic Cardio, a variety of cardio activities to improve your cardiovascular endurance. This class is designed to be lower impact, but still very effective that will have you sweating, smiling and having fun! All levels welcome.

Registration includes the 3 pm CT Classic Cardio Class on Mondays.

If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately.
