Sculpt & Core is a low impact, high repetition class using bodyweight or very light weights to strengthen and tone. This is a full body workout that targets the deep stabilizing muscles. All levels welcome. Â The instructor will be Yessica Holguin. As soon as I have her bio and pic I will send to you. Cassidy cannot teach this class at this time due to her pregnancy, thus the change.Â
