Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise consisting of slow beautiful, realized movements that develop a sense of balance and harmony between mind and body. Say goodbye to sweating, puffing and panting and say hello to cool, calm, refreshed and energized. Our instructors are extensively trained in Tai Chi. This exercise for the body and mind.

Meditation TUES 3:30PM ET/2:30PM CT/1:30PM MT/12:30PM PT

The style of this class will be Prana-Meditation which focuses on controlling your breathing, body connection and mindfulness to promote calmness, stress reduction and to add clarity to your day. *This class will be 20 minutes.

Relax and Restore – Monday – 8:00pm ET/ 7:00pm CT/ 6:00pm MT/ 5:00pm PT

Relax and Restore is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.

Crossfit/HITT – Monday – 1:30pm ET/ 12:30pm CT/ 11:30am MT/ 10:30am PT

Get ready to torch calories with this hard-CORE HIIT workout! You’ll challenge your muscles and get seriously sweaty, take water breaks so you can replenish and get ready to take on the next set of moves! During this workout, you’ll need to dig deep and check in with your core to gather the strength to push through these challenging moves. Trust yourself and know that you got this!

Vinyasa yoga is a physical practice of yoga that focuses on linking yoga poses, or asanas, together in a fluid, smooth way. Finish the weekend with a relaxing vinyasa session!

Sculpt and Core is a low impact, high repetition class using bodyweight or very light weights to strengthen and tone. This is a full body workout that targets the deep stabilizing muscles. All levels welcome.

At its core, EMBER’s aim is simple: to provide tools to help people feel at home in their bodies. During the multi-week training, the curriculum builds community while developing the foundations of resilience: the capacity to bounce back from difficulty by drawing on inner reserves of calm, clarity, compassion, and courage.
