Relax and Restore is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.

Yoga for the pelvic floor focuses on bringing mobility to muscles in and around your pelvic floor.

Integrated yoga and pelvic floor physical therapy can help relieve pain resulting from pelvic floor dysfunction and improve the strength and coordination of pelvic floor muscle contractions.

Get ready to torch calories with this hard-CORE HIIT workout! You’ll challenge your muscles and get seriously sweaty, take water breaks so you can replenish and get ready to take on the next set of moves! During this workout, you’ll need to dig deep and check in with your core to gather the strength to push through these challenging moves. Trust yourself and know that you got this!

Yoga can create a sense of awareness and self-regulation making it easier to cope with the stress of a cancer diagnosis, treatment, and after effects of treatment. Yoga can help improve flexibility, strength, muscle tone, and balance and aid in managing symptoms of fatigue, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, and chemotherapy-induced nausea.

Yoga for Neck Pain – Monday – 7:30am ET/ 6:30am CT/ 5:30am MT/ 4:30am PT

In this class, the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, focusing on alleviating neck pain. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
