How the badge system works

Badges are earned for accumulated minutes of exercise. Earn enough badges to be awarded a trophy. The more minutes of exercise you do, the more badges you earn and trophies awarded.

FAQ's

Yes. Although moderate exercise is safe for most people, we recommend talking with your physician before you start an exercise program.

No. However, you may choose to join our classes that use light weights, a mat, or chair. Our instructors offer modifications if you don’t have equipment.

The CDC recommends healthy adults aged 18-65 yr should achieve 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic every week plus muscle strengthening activities on 2 or more days per week. This should be your goal!

You choose your classes so the difficulty is what you prefer!
