Guided meditation describes a form of meditation which utilizes a number of different techniques to achieve or enhance the meditative state. It may simply be meditation done under the guidance of a trained practitioner or teacher, or it may be through the use of imagery, music, and other techniques.

  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Instructor: Aparna

Aparna comes to Yoga from a Corporate Background, after 15 years in Corporate America as Patanjali said, “…and NOW YOGA” 

Running a Successful business that crashed due to the Financial crisis of 2009, she went back to her spiritual roots of India 

Lived in an Ashram in South India to deepen her spiritual practice 

Spend 5+ years Certified for Yoga teaching RYT-500 in Rishikesh, India Healing Addiction and Homelessness in San Francisco, She brings the wisdom of the body and mind connection to focus on transformation thru Yoga 

Her teaching is based on the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali’s teaching, the Oldest and First book to document the 5000 year old tradition of Yoga Transformation 

Includes, Breathwork, Meditation, Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa to create a gentle and healing flow to help the body restore and relax!
