iRest is a meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life. … It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience with meditation. Once learned, iRest becomes a set of tools for life.

  • Camera On Policy: 🎥 We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!

About Your Instructor: Dale Ann

Dale Ann is a Level 2 iRestTeacher, a Reiki Master Teacher, is certified to teach Pranayama, Meditation, EMBER (Mindfulness Based Emotional Resilience –a trauma sensitive yoga), Hatha, Om Vinyasa, Restorative, Sekoia and Aerial Yoga and in her spare time studies Sanskrit. She currently teaches iRest, leads a Reiki Share and offers privates online. In 2021 she graduated from Yohi’s 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
