About Your Instructor: Dale Ann
Dale Ann is a Level 2 iRestTeacher, a Reiki Master Teacher, is certified to teach Pranayama, Meditation, EMBER (Mindfulness Based Emotional Resilience –a trauma sensitive yoga), Hatha, Om Vinyasa, Restorative, Sekoia and Aerial Yoga and in her spare time studies Sanskrit. She currently teaches iRest, leads a Reiki Share and offers privates online. In 2021 she graduated from Yohi’s 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
