Eva lives in beautiful southern Utah. She has a nursing background including Labor & Delivery, Prenatal Education, research nursing and director of Simply Birth. She leads meditation using several modalities including iRest yoga nidra, yoga asana, breathwork and sound. She loves creative expression through improvisational Kirtan music and dance. She has a deep passion for supporting others to awaken untapped potential in their lives by creating safe containers for exploration and reconnection with their own innate wisdom.
