Jimmy Quintero

and Business Development

Jimmy Quintero serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, bringing over 23 years of leadership experience in the United States Marine Corps. His career spans a decade in Marine Corps aviation and 13 years in Marine Corps Recruiting Command, where he led complex operations, built high-performance teams, and drove organizational growth through strategy, training, and execution.

Throughout his career, Jimmy developed and delivered enterprise-level training programs, leadership curricula, and sales certification models designed to elevate performance across large, geographically dispersed organizations. His impact includes the development of rotational leadership certifications, recruiter sales training, and curriculum frameworks that supported mission execution at scale. He planned and executed 12 Site Manager Courses, six Sales and Recruiting Training Seminars, three Annual Ownership Symposiums, and five Executive Summits, consistently strengthening leadership capability across the recruiting force.

As a senior leader, Jimmy conducted 84 training and assistance visits, 14 systematic recruiting subsidiary audits, and 28 work site audits, directly supporting frontline operations while driving accountability, readiness, and performance. As Assistant Operations Chief, he managed daily operational execution, streamlined workflows, enforced quality control standards, and ensured mission alignment. His disciplined leadership approach directly contributed to the successful processing of 750 legal reviews, 450 education audits, and distribution of more than 6,000 individual career placements for new accessions, reinforcing operational excellence and mission success.

Jimmy’s leadership experience includes serving as Chief Instructor at Marine Corps Recruiting School and as the Lead Training Member for the Analysis and Contact Team across the Southwestern United States, overseeing operations in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, and parts of Idaho. In these roles, he managed quotas, contracting projections, training systems, and leadership development efforts across one of the largest operational regions in the country.

He began his academic journey at the University of Arizona and later completed a Bachelor of Arts in Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Management from American Military University, strengthening his foundation in leadership, organizational development, and strategic execution.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Jimmy has lived in California, Japan, Hawaii, and currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas. His global and diverse professional experiences have shaped a leadership style centered on adaptability, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Jimmy is passionate about functional weight training, athlete development, psychological skills training, and youth sports coaching, particularly in football and baseball at the youth and high school levels. He also serves as a mentor for veteran organizations for transitioning service members. He values leadership through sport and is deeply committed to helping young athletes develop both physically and mentally.

Jimmy is married and the proud father of three sons, and together with their yellow lab, Whiskey, they enjoy staying active, traveling, and building lasting family memories.
