Power Attack is a high-energy, martial arts-inspired, non-contact workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn maximum calories in class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. All levels are welcome!

This 45-minute class focuses on strengthening all major muscle groups using body weight and equipment you can find at home including soup cans, water jugs and other household items! All levels welcome.

Power yoga, which is also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a fast-paced style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories. Although it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga, and provides a good cardio and strength-training workout. You don’t need weights or other equipment, but it helps to have a certain level of strength and fitness for this style of yoga.

Barre is a form of physical exercise, usually conducted in group classes in gyms or specialty studios. Barre classes focus on the lower body, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, and glutes.

If you’re dealing with back pain, yoga may be just what the doctor ordered! Yoga is a mind-body therapy that’s often recommended to treat not only back pain but the stress that accompanies it. The appropriate poses can relax and strengthen your body. In this 30-minute express class, yoga postures will be practices to help alleviate back pain. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

This class begins with energizing Zumba which combines Latin music with popular Latin dances such as salsa, mambo, merengue, and samba. Don’t worry if you’re not a Latin ballroom trophy holder. Just keep kicking your legs and swaying your arms. The class finishes with the basic, foundational yoga postures and stretches to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Get ready to torch calories with this hard-CORE HIIT workout! You’ll challenge your muscles and get seriously sweaty, take water breaks so you can replenish and get ready to take on the next set of moves! During this workout, you’ll need to dig deep and check in with your core to gather the strength to push through these challenging moves. Trust yourself and know that you got this!
