MHF Wellness Portal

Finally, a fitness app that covers all the bases! DHA employees have free access to the MHF Wellness Portal.  

MHF Wellness Portal is an at your disposal online platform designed to support your overall wellness. Registering an account is free and provides you with many tools to help guide your wellness journey. Once registered, you can tailor your experience around your specific wellness needs.

FITNESS TRACKERS 

Track your steps, miles, or workouts within the platform. 

CHALLENGES 

DHA Wellness and the health promotion staff will offer various challenges and achievement programs for you to take part in. Link up with friends and take on each challenge!

If you use a smart device to track steps, workouts, or other health data, you can link those devices to your account.
