I possess an endless fascination with how intricately our minds and bodies influence each other. My classes are specifically formatted to offer multiple modifications for poses and tailored to provide the maximum physical/mental benefit and have safely, positively impacted thousands of students. My goal is to utilize my knowledge of yoga techniques to improve the strength, flexibility, cardiopulmonary fitness, and share JOY with as many people as possible!

She completed her 200-hour Yoga-Teacher certification at Flow Yoga in Washington, DC as well as an apprenticeship with Ease Yoga in Alexandria, VA and received her barre certification at Lava Barre. She also recently became ACE certified in group fitness.

As an avid fitness specialist, Jim started practicing yoga in early 2007 and became an instructor in 2009. He received his 200-Hr certification from Yogaposer, an American Ashtanga teaching system. Jim practices and teaches primarily in the ashtanga vinyasa tradition and has helped many students with a wide range of styles. He also teaches handstand and hand balance workshops.
