Millennium offers a variety of group exercise classes on-site, to meet your organization’s needs. The class formats include Mindbody and Specialty. Mindbody is a form of group exercise that combines body movement, mental focus and controlled breathing to improve strength, balance, flexibility and overall health. Specialty classes are forms of group exercise that brings together strength, cardiovascular and core training.

Mindbody classes

Barre class focuses on the lower body, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, and glutes

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise focusing on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

Power Stretch

Power Stretch classes provide a series of stretch exercises to help your body remain flexible and injury-free.

Yoga

Basic foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

Specialty Classes

Boot Camp

Challenging, dynamic class with energetic music is designed to work your entire body through cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and functional training.

Cardio Core

30-minute class dedicated to cardio moves and core strengthening, you’ll be sure to get a full core workout.

Cardio Jam

This class incorporates many styles of dance from Latin to hip hop. You will be sure to have a blast!

 

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a cardiovascular workout alternating short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT is great for getting maximal burn on minimal time!

Power Attack

This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Power Pump

A motivating, challenging, strength training class that tones and strengthens your body in a fun class setting using high repetitions and low weight.

Power Step

Power Step will push your cardio edge into high gear and attack the legs in every plane of motion.
