In this new iteration of the food-focused series, culinary expert and board-certified health and wellness coach, Marissa Powers, will guide you through culinary skills to take the stress out of meal prep and make healthy eating easier, even on your busiest days. Each session will focus on practical kitchen skills, smart pantry planning, and time-saving tips and tricks from the culinary trades to help you cook healthy meals with confidence and efficiency.

In the first episode of this revamped series, Marissa will be taking you on a journey to thoughtfully prepare your pantry and kitchen for quick and healthy meals that will never again have you wondering, “What’s For Dinner?” Learn about healthy staple ingredients that you can keep on hand in storage, how to select the right storage for the food, and tips and tricks for creative problem-solving in a kitchen pinch. Included with this session is a carefully designed shopping list to help you on your next trip to the store and three healthy, delicious recipes.
