Melissa is passionate about supporting students in transforming and balancing mind and body, while cultivating inner and outer strength, compassion, and self awareness to enhance their daily lives. A yoga teacher since 2012 and practitioner for most of her life, she loves to continually learn, grow, explore, and share with her students. Dedicated to making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities, her integrated teaching style emphasizes breath and mindfulness with thoughtful and intelligent sequencing and attention to alignment, allowing for space of one’s own discovery.
